Responsibilities
To teach, conduct research, and provide clinical services in Histopathology.
Qualifications, Experience, and Attributes
Applicants must have a foundation degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences or Bachelor of
Surgery and Medicine degrees or equivalent.
A Master’s degree in Histology or M.Med.
A Ph.D./DPhil degree in Histology is an added advantage.
Applicants should be registered with the Medical Laboratory and Clinical Scientist Council of
Zimbabwe or a medically qualified person registered with the Medical and Dental
Practitioners Council of Zimbabwe.
Knowledge and strength in other fields of Medical Laboratory Sciences such as Genetics
(Molecular Biology), Immunology, Clinical Biochemistry, Blood Transfusion Science and
Hematology will be an added advantage
