Education/Experience/Language requirements Education ● A Bachelor's Degree in environmental and social studies or related subject(s) in combination with an additional 2 years' relevant experience is required; ● A Technical/Professional Diploma in environmental and social studies or related subject(s) in combination with an additional 4 years relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the Bachelor's degree; ● Certificate of completion of secondary/high school in combination with an additional 6 years’ relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of Bachelor's degree; Experience A minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in Health, Safety and Environment management Experience in a leadership role is required; Direct experience with the United Nations Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems is an added advantage; Ability to produce Standing Operating Procedures IN Health, Safety and Environment Risk is an advantage; Assessments/Plans in accordance with a recognised body/methodology is an added advantage; Proficiency in computer skills including MS office is an added advantage; Language Fluency in written and oral English required; Knowledge of another official UN language is an asset;
