Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure. Self-motivated, working under minimal supervision, and be service orientated High degree of honesty and integrity. Demonstrate strong leadership skills. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Social Sciences. A master's degree is an added advantage. Experience leading Human Resources at a strategic level. At least five (5) years of relevant experience at managerial level. Knowledge of SAP HCM is a prerequisite. High level of Computer Literacy.To apply
