Job Purpose: As a zone commander, your job duties are to oversee product or service distribution and strategies and analyze performance in your zone with sales data and other metrics aids in the management: Job Responsibilities: ● Hiring of agents ● Set deadlines, assign responsibilities ● Monitoring and evaluation of agents ● Market research and analysis ● Compilation of property database ● Formulate a strategy to, engage student accommodation property owners & track progress ● Approach and market services to student accommodation owners ● Data entry ● Manage and approve the registration of properties on the platform ● Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) ● Engage clients ● Ensure that all targets are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget ● Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned ● Create and maintain proper company documentation ● Reporting and checking in ● Establish and maintain relationships with learning Institutions Qualifications ● Outstanding communication skills and interpersonal abilities ● Excellent organizational and leadership skills ● Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience ● Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
