Qualifications And Experience  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Banking and Finance, Banking Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research, Actuarial Science and Economics, or similar.  A Quantitative Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline such as Finance/ Banking/ Financial Engineering/ Statistics/ Operations Research /Actuarial Science would be an advantage.  Professional Certificate/Diploma in Risk Management e.g. FRM, PRM, CERM.  Solid exposure to financial/statistical modelling.  10 years’ experience in Risk Management, Audit or Compliance environment 5 of which should be at Senior Manager level in a similar role. Skills and Attributes:  Executive presence with good communication and presentation skills  Must be analytical and have advanced research skills  Solid organisational skills, focus on detail, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines  Ability to relate well with people at all levels, and capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.  Excellent computer skills and experience in Excel are a must.  A great leader who encourages a team environment and can contribute to the personal and professional development of team members
