Applications are invited from suitably qualified graduates to undergo a two year graduate traineeship programme with the Zimbabwe Power Company in the following disciplines at its various stations:-
- Human Resources
- Electrical Engineering
- Finance
- Mechanical Engineering
- Supply Chain
- Civil Engineering
- Risk and Insurance
- Control and Instrumentation
- Safety, Health and Environment
- Power Plant Operations
- Legal
- Information and Communication Technology
- Public Relations
Minimum Qualifications/ Requirements
- A relevant degree from a reputable University with at least Upper Second (2.1) Class
- Applicants must be 26 years or below
- A duly completed Application Form (ZPC APP GT 01) obtained from ZPC Head Office or any of the following ZPC Power Stations: Harare, Bulawayo, Munyati, Kariba and Hwange.

- Computer and technical literacy skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
