Graduate Trainee – Human Resources Analytics x1
Key Responsibilities
- Gathers inputs from Human Resources Operations, Talent Development and Wellness sections then analyse (sense-checks), edits, consolidates and produces weekly, monthly and other operational reports for the Human Resources function.
- Identifying and following-up on any areas of concern that the CHRO/HRBP Reporting & Analytics/Head Compensation & Benefits needs to focus on.
- Tracks and reports on staff costs movement (Actual YTD Staff Costs against Prior Year and against Budget) on a monthly basis.
- Compiles and Develops monthly Human Resources KPIs dashboards and reports
- Develops standard and ad hoc report templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics for use in the HR function in line with the business reporting requirements.
- Updates the consolidated Human Resources Plans and budgets in line with requirements
