Job Description


Unki Mines (Private) Limited, offers a developmental opportunity to the qualifying candidate for training as a Graduate Trainee HR within the mining environment. This is a 2-year Fixed Term Contract.


The identified candidate will go through a structured 2-year programme and at the end of the leadership programme, you will be expected to demonstrate a high level of competency and be ready for Junior Managerial Roles.


Qualifications


  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Sociology (2.1 Degree Class or Upper)
