Job Purpose The Graduate Intern will be responsible for data capturing and maintenance of the organisational database, activity tracking and general monitoring and evaluation support. Role Context The accuracy of captured information is essential and the position requires attention to detail Key Performance Areas Data capturing; Accurately enters data in real time in the database and update existing beneficiary information; Systematic filing of source documents and ensuring security of data; Update the database to meet the requirements of certain program shifts; Draw reports from the database when requested and daily analyses data for errors and report problems; Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time Minimum Qualifications and Experience Degree/Diploma in Social Sciences, statistics, Information, Communication and Technology. At least 1 year related experience. Any qualification in Monitoring and Evaluation is an added advantage Required Competencies Able to maintain confidentiality and ability to do data entries with optimal accuracy and speed; Must manage self in time; Competencies in Excel, Word and Outlook; Communication, Accuracy, Team player
