and a teacher training college, invites applications for the post of

GENERAL MANAGER

The successful candidate will:

• Have relevant experience and appropriate qualifications in a senior management position

particularly in HR and financial issues and will be a practising Christian

• A degree or post graduate degree in any discipline that together with experience demonstrates

suitability in terms of managing a Christian education institution in a rapidly changing and

challenging environment. Recommended management qualification such as MBA, MBL or

Master in Educational Administration, Master in Public Administration, Business Administration,

Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, would be an added advantage.

• Embrace servant leadership and team leadership, working well with people, and have a clear gift

of communication; leading and growing the institute’s purpose, vision and values

• Be passionate about supporting Christian Education to ensure our institution assists all students

to fulfil their unique God given potential, and energise and support all of our staff and parent body

to fulfill that

• Be able to network and build meaningful partnerships and source funding across different fields

to assist and grow the influence of Christian Education in our community
