A growing SME company in the transport sector based in Ruwa seeks the services of the following;

GENERAL HAND

Expected duties

Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures

Performs routine maintenance on building systems and premises. Examples may include grass cutting, landscaping etc

Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities 

Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance

 Preparation of staff lunch & teas ,as well cleaning utensils

Ensuring orderliness at our premises ensuring that tools, materials are kept at the right places

Assist with some lighter admin clerical and stores duties 

Carryout messenger duties  

Carryout night and weekend security duties on specified periods

Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities: 

At least 5 Ordinary Level passes

Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior workers.

Ability to use hand tools  

Ability to cook

Excellent organizational and time management skills 

Willingness to learn upgrade themselves to other higher posts in the organization

Residing in Ruwa is an added advantage
