Gender Economic Policy and Public Finance Programme (GEPPF) Graduate Intern: Zimbabwe Women’s Resource Centre and Network Deadline: 31 January 2020 The Graduate Intern will be expected to work in the Gender Economic Policy and Public Finance Programme (GEPPF) as broadly outlined here: To enhance women’s economic capacities through participating and facilitating in various capacity building and learning platforms; Participate in monitoring, documentation and reporting on ZWRCN’s supported projects/activities; Participate in all other project activities; Rapporteuring (minute- taking) and production of event reports; Conducting administrative and logistical tasks, including Assisting in organisation of meetings, workshops, and any other events, Travel & accommodation bookings and arrangements and Prepare workshop and meeting material and equipment; Supporting programs focused research on topical gender and development issues through collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative information and other documentation from relevant agencies and organizations; Collection of any gender and gender budgeting related material on behalf of the department; Assist in maintaining projects’ budgets i.e.. Do all the deductions & reconciliations; Develop and maintain effective information database on projects; Assists in maintaining donor programme files; Attend outside meetings; Filing of all documents in the department i.e. Both hard & electronic copies; Assists coordination in M &E i.e. Mid Term Review and end of projects.
Qualifications A degree or diploma in Social Sciences/Development studies; A strong command of the English language.
