He must have his own contacts with in the fuel industry and able to understand market trends.
Ideal candidate must be:

-good eye for detail
-Accounting/Marketing/Business Degree or any other degree are an added advantage
Duties Include:
*Managing staff
*Making sure books are up to date
*Make sure fuel site adheres to ZERA required standards
*Stock Management
*Marketing
*Making sure deliveries are received and dispatched.
