Applications are invited from competent suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill in the position based at Corporate 24 Hospital Harare Front Desk and Liaison Officer Responsibilities: • Answering the phone and receiving all patients and visitors • Assist patients with all necessary paperwork • Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing • Maintain and promote client satisfaction through effective customer service, performance, initiation and accepting responsibility. • Assist and participate in problem identification, data collection, reporting and development of action plans to improve performance. • Respond to patients', prospective patients, and visitor inquiries in a courteous manner • Assist and participate in the implementation of ongoing unit performance. • Provide action plans developed in response to complaints, suggestions and operational requirements • Expected to have an up to date knowledge of the organisation and its activities. • Maintaining the reception area clean and functional • Any Other duties as may be assigned Skills • Ability to work under pressure • Good Interpersonal skills • Ability to work professionally, proficiently and efficiently in a timely manner • Grooming and etiquette a must • Fluent in English, Shona and Ndebele • IT skills • Excellent customer service skills Qualifications • Diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Executive Secretarial or equivalent qualification • Minimum of 2 years’ experience • Previous medical background an added advantage
