Several scholarships are awarded to international students every year. Luiss University awards merit-based scholarships to talented bachelor’s and master’s students based on the overall assessment of applications. Scholarships are offered by the admission board upon admission to the most outstanding candidates. For the 2020/2021 academic year, Luiss will award both general tuition fee waivers and specific scholarships to International Students. Find our degree-specific scholarships below. Please note that for the Management, Corporate Finance, Economics and Finance degree courses, scholarships will only by awarded to candidates with a GMAT score of 580 or higher, and equivalent GRE. Candidates considered for the scholarship will also be required to sit a Skype interview with the Admission Board.
 

ENI Sub-Saharan Africa Scholarship

eni_logo ENI scholarships for international students from Angola, Mozambico, Ghana,Congo, Ivory Coast, Nigeria. Scholarships cover travel expenses, tuition fees, board and lodging for one academic year and can be renewed for the following years on the basis of academic performance. Scholarships are available for students admitted to a Luiss master’s or bachelor’s program taught in English for the 2020/2021 academic year. Applications must be received by June 4. Students are not required to send or upload additional documents. They must simply apply for one of Luiss programs.
 

LEONARDO International Training Program

LOGO-Leonardo   The International Training Program, a collaboration between Luiss University and Leonardo Group, trains future country managers in target nations while providing them with the highest academic standards. The program is dedicated to students from Argentina and Brazil. ITP allows 2 students to attend the Luiss master’s degree program in Management with a scholarship to cover the total amount of the tuition fees, room and board. Luiss IB Honors Program

LOGO Luiss   Luiss gives the most deserving students who will earn an IB Diploma abroad in the academic year 2019/2020 the opportunity to participate in a dedicated selection process. In fact, those students will be granted direct admission at Luiss to bachelor’s degree programs for the 2020/2021 academic year, subject to fulfilling the following requirements: 1. IB study plan includes: · at least one subject in the Individuals and Societies academic area for the Politics, Philosophy and Economics program; · at least one subject in the Sciences academic area for the Economics and Business and Management and Computer Science program; 2. average grade of at least 6 out of 7 in the above-mentioned courses in the first year of the IB Diploma Program (penultimate year of secondary education). Candidates from schools participating in the IB Honors Program may compete for a Luiss IB Honors Scholarship, which grants an exemption from tuition fees for the 2020/2021 academic year.  

Invest Your Talent

Luiss University is a partner of the Invest your talent in Italy program, which offers a unique opportunity to students coming from Azerbaijan, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Mexico, People’s Republic of China, Tunisia, Turkey and Vietnam to literally invest their talent in Italy, developing their skills through a range of Master’s and Post-Graduate courses in prestigious Italian Universities. To renew the scholarship, which includes tuition waiver and a monthly stipend, students must carry out an internship in a company that operates in the field of their study.  

Luiss Alumni Scholarships for refugees

LOGO Luiss   For the first time, in 2019, the Luiss Alumni Association (ALL) has offered a scholarship dedicated to the education of refugees from African countries. The scholarship, set up thanks to the funds raised on the occasion of the Luiss Alumni Reunion 2018, covers Luiss tuition fees, food and accommodation, books and teaching materials, travels, monthly allowance. The selection has considered the candidates’ excellent academic performance and their refugee status.
 

Progetto Mediterraneo

Reserved to candidates who are already enrolled in the Progetto Mediterraneo Bachelor Programs and candidates from Morocco (the number of positions will be communicated as soon as possible). All candidates should meet the following requirements: a) excellent academic talent; b) disadvantaged economic/social status or refugee status. The future call for applications will be only for Master’s Degree Programs (a.y. 2020/2021 and a.y. 2021/2022) Progetto Mediterraneo scholarships cover: 1) Luiss tuition fee; 2) accommodation; 3) Luiss University canteen; 4) Books and teaching materials; 5) Travels.  

Loans

Luiss University has agreements with Italian banks to help students obtain flexible and affordable loans, granted without additional guarantors, to support them in their studies. The loan may be repaid in installments for a period of up to 15 years. Students may choose to take advantage of an initial grace period of two years.
