1. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the maintenance of the Faculty Budget;
- Responsible for all the procurement in the Faculty;
- Liaise with the Procurement Unit in terms of procurement protocols;
- Must have excellent interpersonal and writing skills
- Must be person of integrity and honesty;
- Assist in servicing meetings;
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the Dean;
- Must be dynamic and versatile.
Work/Educational Requirements
Desired Qualifications and Attributes
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Business Studies/Management or related field from a reputable institution
- At least two years post qualification experience in administration.
- Computer literacy.
