Greens, Bunkers, Tees, Fairways, Roughs, Vegetable Production, Electric Fence, Irrigation, Gardens, Atriums, Indoor Plants, Workshop – Equipment Maintenance


Duties & Responsibility;


Ensure Risk Assessments Are Drawn Up And Maintained

Maintaining Costs In Line With The Revenue

In-House And External Training Of Staff As Per The Set Training Calendar

Prepares The Work Schedule Of The Department Personnel To Optimize Labor Hours And Staff Productivity

Ensure H&S Remains a High Priority In Your Department With Continual Measured Improvements.

Maintain Discipline In The Department According To Company’s Standing Instructions, Code Of Conduct, Procedures, Policies An Standards,

Controls All Departmental Expenses, Taking Into Consideration The Budget And Occupancy.

Controlling Utilities Costs – Irrigation Monitoring


Education& Experience


5 0’Levels including English, Mathematics

Diploma in Agriculture/Horticulture/Forestry from a reputable institution.

2 years’ experience at managerial level in a similar environment/managerial qualification
