Applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals to fill the following positions which have arisen at the NATIONAL OIL INFRASTRUCTURE COMPANY OF ZIMBABWE (PVT) LTD ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN X 4 (contract 4 months) The position is responsible for assisting the installation, testing and commissioning of the LV electrical reticulation and pump station installations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Installation of LV underground electrical reticulation including cable jointing
Wiring and installation of MCC boards including cable termination
Installation of earthing and lighting protection systems
Installation of lighting systems and small power
Testing and commissioning of sub electrical systems Work/Educational
Requirements
5 "O" level passes including English Language and Mathematics
Apprentice Trained Electrical Technician, Journeyman
Class One National Certificate in electrical power engineering
At least 3 years relevant experience in the plant environment
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
* Health and safety
* Quality Management System ISO 2015.
