DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The incumbent will be reporting to the Housing Director and will be responsible for: Management and coordination of entire District operations Ensure that all developments or activities in the District comply with Council by laws Ensures and promote citizen participation Preparation of monthly and weekly reports for the district Coordinates the provision and maintenance of infrastructure in the district Promotes and monitors revenue collection Develops strategies for the promotion and management of informal sectors Preparation of sectional budgets for Housing Director.Qualifications And Experience
