DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Management of the Engineering and Technical Services Department • Designing all civil works, projects, roads, sewer, dams, irrigation and water reticulation Preparation of roads programs, reports and acquittals in liason with ZINARA Compilation of District Development plans Implementation of Council resolutions Servicing the Roads, Works and Planning Committee of Council Advising the CEO on all matters to do with infrastructure development and maintenance.
Work/Educational Requirements
