REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Economics or equivalent
- Masters Degree in the above mentioned fields(s) would be an added advantage
- Should have served at least 2 years at Deputy Director or Equivalent grade
- Should have work related experience in media, public relations as well as monitoring and evaluation fields
- A high level understanding of the Ministry's policies
- Excellent report writing skills
- Innovation a must
- Team builder with excellent people skills
- A self starter who is able to work under pressure
- Computer literacy
