  • Preparing project status reports and ensuring all stakeholders remain informed.
  • Monitor project results against technical and functional specifications.
  • Manage the project from approval through to successful completion on time and within budget.
  • Manage the customer relationship to provide working advantage for Sitback and for the project team. Create, maintain, and communicate project plans to all concerned.
  • Develop project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources.
  • Manage and contribute to the formulation and definition of technical scope and objectives of the project. Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required tasks.
  • Assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to project personnel.
  • Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.
  • Establish standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
  • Prepare project status reports and keep management, clients, and others informed of project status and related issues.
  • Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules and plans as required.
  • Confer with project personnel to provide advice and resolve problems.
  • Manage requests for changes in conjunction with the PM Team Lead from original specifications.
  • Monitor project results against technical and functional specifications.
  • Develop and maintain technical and project documentation.
  • Oversee quality assurance.
  • Conduct regular project reviews with clients; to contribute to the improvement of processes, systems, procedures and customer’s feedback processes.

The skills and experience to be successful in the role include:

  • Digital project management knowledge 6+ years.
  • End-to-end big build experience of technical digital builds.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning/study within the digital space in relation to this role.
