  • Build machine learning models to make predictions and answer key business questions
  • Develop data models and products to produce insights
  • Perform feature engineering, visualisations and other techniques to make out certain perceptions from the available data
  • Use statistics tools to analyze data to understand and model the relationship between different metrics and identify key insights
  • Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities to build data science products as a solution to technical challenges
  • Analyse data covering a wide range of modalities (transactions, text, images, etc)
  • Communicate findings from complex analysis and modelling in a clear and effective manner
Engages with others in line with organisational guidelines, policies, culture and values
  • Align own behaviour with the organisation culture and values.
  • Share and transfer process and systems knowledge to colleagues.
  • Collaborate and work with the broader HR Team to deliver required service levels.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
  • At least 2 years' of experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling
  • Experience in programming languages like SQL; C#
  • Deep understanding of predictive modeling, machine-learning, clustering and classification techniques, and algorithms
  • Working knowledge of database systems
  • Proficient in mathematics; statistics; correlation; data mining and predictive analysis
