Responsibilities
Data Modelling
- Build machine learning models to make predictions and answer key business questions
- Develop data models and products to produce insights
- Perform feature engineering, visualisations and other techniques to make out certain perceptions from the available data
- Use statistics tools to analyze data to understand and model the relationship between different metrics and identify key insights
- Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities to build data science products as a solution to technical challenges
- Analyse data covering a wide range of modalities (transactions, text, images, etc)
- Communicate findings from complex analysis and modelling in a clear and effective manner
- Align own behaviour with the organisation culture and values.
- Share and transfer process and systems knowledge to colleagues.
- Collaborate and work with the broader HR Team to deliver required service levels.
- Actively participate in the team to ensure expectations and company objectives are achieved.
- Ensure achievement of own performance expectations.
- Actively share information with other team members regarding successes, issues, trends and ideas.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
- At least 2 years' of experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling
- Experience in programming languages like SQL; C#
- Deep understanding of predictive modeling, machine-learning, clustering and classification techniques, and algorithms
- Working knowledge of database systems
- Proficient in mathematics; statistics; correlation; data mining and predictive analysis
