Kapnek Trust seeks to improve family health, reduce child mortality and create educational opportunities for children of Zimbabwe through the implementation of scalable sustainable programs. 1. DATA CAPTURER X 4 (BULAWAYO AND MATOBO)MAIN PURPOSEThe main purpose of the job is to gather data and capture the information into databases that are
being used under the Pathways project as part of management information system for the project. This may include gathering documents from various sources. This may also include extracting information from these materials, capturing data into databases and storing hard copies.Key Responsibilities
:• Prepare, sort and check all records for the purpose of data entry and make sure that accurate data is being entered.
• Capture disaggregated data from various data collection tools into an online database being
used( POMIS) within set timeframes
• Data cleaning and recording errors encountered during data entry
• Checking completed work for accuracy, liaise with supervisor for incomplete records• Maintain an updated DHIS2 system for DREAMS beneficiaries offered services
• Maintain an organized filling system
Qualifications, Skill and Experience
• A minimum of a diploma in Social sciences, statistics or equivalent.
• The incumbent should be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail.• Ability to uphold high standards of data confidentiality principles
• Knowledge of mobile data collection and apps a distinct advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Remains productive when under pressure.
• Demonstrates a systematic and efficient approach to work.
• Works collaboratively with team members and maintain compatibility to achieve results
