The Job Reporting to the Claims Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:  Receiving batched claim forms from assessors for capturing on a daily basis.  Capturing members details fully on the system.  Capturing claim details and record batch number and date captured and name of data capture clerk.  Forwarding all captured claims and membership forms to the assessors and administrators for checking.  Capturing correctly all claims and membership forms within the stipulated turnaround times.  Providing on the job training to junior staff to ensure compliance with best practice. The Person The ideal candidate must possess the following:  A Diploma in Social Sciences, Statistics or relevant.  Previous experience in data entry or equivalent experience in a related field is an added advantage.  Computer literate, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook.  Strong attention to detail.  Able to maintain confidentiality.
