About the job
Inta Call is looking for a customer service agent to join our team on a full-time basis & help us in providing outsourced customer service solutions to multiple brands in Zimbabwe.
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists
Responsibilities
- Maintain working knowledge of products, services, accounts for various brands
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Data entry in various platforms
- Stay abreast of customer center service level agreements (SLA's)
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Proficient in English, Shona & Ndebele (spoken & written)
- Must possess solid problem solving & interpersonal skills
Key Performance Areas (KPI's)
- Identify the needs of the end-user.
- Answer chat, calls, and respond to emails.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Enter and update customer information into the system.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
