Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree in Marketing, PR/Communications, Business Management.
  • Experience or knowledge in Telemarketing, Customer Support, and Marketing Administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer support role with a strong focus on holistic Customer Experience.
  • Proficiency in B2B and B2C communication and liaison.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and effective social interaction at all levels.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and CX tools.
  • Sound knowledge of Online Customer Engagement platforms and Digital Touchpoints channels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and efficiently manage time in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong Public Relations and Stakeholder Management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting post-service/sales follow-ups for designated business units and divisions under Croco Holdings Group.
  • Managing and documenting customer complaints, providing timely solutions and alternatives, with follow-ups to ensure issue resolution.
  • Collaborating with divisional staff to address inquiries and complaints.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact on all customer communication channels.
  • Conducting regular market surveys, in-depth competitor analysis, market intelligence, and customer surveys.
  • Monitoring and tracking customer experience metrics, as well as key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Updating customer records in the Document Management System (DMS) and other Customer Experience (CX) tools.
  • Taking responsibility for CRM module utilization in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and DMS.
  • Managing and maintaining data within the DMS, including data cleansing, amendments, and data quality monitoring.
  • Generating comprehensive monthly customer experience reports.
