The Job Reporting to the Creditors Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:  Analysing all creditor transactions to determine the expense classification.  Capturing and posting all business payments in accounts payable module.  Reconciling the Payment File Balance total, net and total withholding tax deducted.  Requesting and receiving monthly service provider statements.  Preparing monthly VAT and Withholding returns to ZIMRA.  Extracting the commission statement from the system.  Preparing the payroll commission summary.  Resolving any queries received from Service Providers on daily and monthly basis. The Person The ideal candidate must possess the following:  Degree in Accounting or equivalent.  Studying towards a professional course.  1 year working experience in a similar environment.  Computer literacy is an essential job requirement, e.g. Word and Excel.  Be able to multi-task and work under pressure and meet deadlines.
