Introduction
Youth Forum Zimbabwe (YFZ) is a non-profit making organization that was formed in August 2004 and registered under the Zimbabwe Youth Council Act in October of the same year as a response to the social exclusion of youth in political processes in Zimbabwe. It was also registered with the high court of Zimbabwe as a trust. YFZ is a membership-based, mandate-driven organization, led by and for the young people in Zimbabwe.
Scope of work
We are looking for a consultant to develop a web-based mobile application pre-loaded with information on available tools and institutions to contact for the purpose of reporting corruption. The mobile application should work offline once installed and should be shareable using popular mobile apps for easy transfer and update latest information once online. The application should above all provide a platform for young people when they are online to report cases of corruption in their communities anonymously.
