To be filled from the following fields of specialisation: Combustion Technology, Fuel Processing and Handling Work/Educational Requirements

Applicants for this position must possess a relevant Master of Science degree (merit) and a good first degree (2.1) specialising in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or Oil and Gas/Petroleum Engineering or Fossil Fuels related Engineering specialising in Coal, Petroleum and Combustion.

The successful candidate will be expected to teach and supervise student projects in the following areas:

Combustion Technology;

and Fuel Processing and Handling at undergraduate level.

In addition, the candidate will be expected to be proficient and have experience in delivering courses through online and blended learning methods.

Possession of a PhD in Fuels/Energy will be an added advantage.
