Assist with cargo handling and processing at the warehouse facility with adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring that all company Operating procedures are being followed and safety and security is maintained.   Lead Cargo Services Agent who will be responsible to coach, guide, monitor and organise various operational service duties related to cargo handling and processing at the warehouse facility with adherence to Standard Operating Procedures. Supervise the shift to a level where all cargo will ‘fly as booked’ or is efficiently and promptly ‘ready for delivery’ in order to ensure safety and security.   Cargo Services Supervisor who will be responsible for general control of the shift in the warehouse and wherever cargo is located, stored, prepared or manifested.
