- HND in Purchasing and Supply
- Degree in Purchasing and Supply/ Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS)
- 2 years in Local Government/ Public Procurement Environment at middle or senior management
- class 4 Drivers license
- Proficient in Computer Packages involving Spread sheets
- Mature and able to work under pressure with very minimum supervision
