DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES / FUNCTION Developing the distribution channel in Zimbabwe. Developing the strong bond with stake holders in Zimbabwe. Develop a strong bond with the distributors, understand their challenges and get their feedback about the trade. Maintain and increase the sales. Achieve the monthly set target for your Area. Maintain and expand the customer base. Proper follow-up for secondary sales and stock levels for distributors. Daily communication and weekly reporting to management. Analyzing your own sales data to understand the gaps in your area. Keeping Up to date with competitors.. Report about availability of existing products. Keep track of prices in market.
