Duties And Responsibilities
• Identification of opportunities for the Bank to expand its product offering, explore partnerships, synergies and fundraising. • Monitor customer service delivery to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved. • Participate in projects geared towards new products development by giving appropriate guidance on best practices. • Research and conduct interviews with key stakeholders. • Proposal Writing and organizing idea generation. • Prepares and makes presentation to senior management for decision making. • Obtains approvals by reviewing proposal with key providers and project managers.
Qualifications And Experience
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business studies, Banking and Finance or Degree in Project Management, English or a related field are desired. • Relevant professional courses are an added advantage • At least 3 years’ relevant experience ATTRIBUTES: Presentation Skills, Written Communication, Graphic Design Skills, Technical Documentation, Layout Skills, Problem Solving, Deadline-Oriented, Process Improvement, Coordination, Strategic Planning, Market Knowledge
