Qualifications And Experience • Degree in international development, economics, public policy, public finance, or another relevant field preferred; • Three (3) years of experience in agribusiness, banking, business development service management, or private sector development; • Experience with public-private engagement and partnerships, capacity building of local stakeholders, and donor coordination; • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain collaborative, productive working relationships with U.S. and local government counterparts, private sector associations, civil society organizations, and other key stakeholders; ability to develop and implement effective partnerships with private sector entities; • Understanding of Zimbabwe country context, including significant knowledge of provincial, national or district governments; • Experience working with or for USAID-funded projects preferred. Familiarity with Feed the Future is also preferred but not required; • Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity; • Fluency in English required; • Will report to the Access to Finance Specialist or designee.
