Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity for a results-driven Branch Manager, in our Pest Control & Hygiene division, based in Gauteng.
We are synonymous with high performance, high compliance cleaning solutions and as a result have become a leading international, specialized, pest control, hygiene and sanitation service provider.
The role of the Branch Manager is to effectively manage branch resources and procedures to ensure that the contractual obligations to customers are achieved, and to provide leadership to all colleagues within the branch.
The successful incumbent must have a proven track record in adopting best practices, exceptional leadership skills, and able to exercise sound judgment in achieving company objectives.

Business Management:
•Strong focus on operations
•Continuously evaluate branch performance and make necessary recommendations to improve performance.
•Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
•Recommend cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality.
•Develop new business programs to meet productivity and revenue goals.
•Ensure reporting and management accounts are accurate and correct.
•Ensure financial and sales targets as met weekly, monthly, and annually.
•Develop and enforce best practices to ensure operational efficiency.
•Execute and Achieve sales Strategy.
Employee relations:
•Staff management
•Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed
•Cultivate a performance-driven team, by motivating and supporting staff.
•Manages and supervises department employees; responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership.
•Oversee all procedures and processes that are implemented and communicated effectively.
•Manage the recruiting, vetting, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
Customer relations:
•Ensure that all services have been completed in accordance with company standards.
•Address business inquiries from customers and team members in a professional manner.
•Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
•Assist Sales Team by preparing presentations for prospective clients.
•Schedule regularly to engage with your customer base to ensure service excellence.
•Build and maintain strong customer relations.
•Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
•Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
•Give support to the sales team.
Requirements
Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
•Must have knowledge of the Pest Control and Hygiene industry and be service orientated.
•Must be a motivated self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment.
•Must have strong leadership, motivation, and managerial skills.
•Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
•Excellent problem-solving and analytical ability.
•Proficient in all Microsoft programs.
•Business Management qualification will be an advantage.
