Automotive Service Advisor
Our client, a leading & reputable automotive company, is now looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join them asap in Bulawayo.
Responsible as an experienced & possibly qualified Service Advisor for an automotive dealership.
Liaising between the customer and service technicians.
Working with customers to determine problems with a vehicle and provide technicians with accurate repair descriptions.
Must be fully computer literate.
Excellent communication skills.
Good customer service skills .
Class One Mechanic or similar would be an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years experience within a Service Advisor position with a Dealership.
