ABOUT THE JOBAs a key member of the Country Property leadership team, the Account Manager will be responsible for the strategic Management of the client's diverse National Portfolio of owned, leased, office and retail assets. The key purpose of this role is to actively manage a property portfolio that enables the client to deliver on its customer's needs.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPortfolio Management* Overall responsibility and single point of contact for year on year Programme of acquisitions, disposals, subleases, closures and renewals in accordance with a Multi-Year Plan ensuring that the clients' premises are always optimally located, occupied and that rental costs are minimized.* Monitoring and managing lease expiry dates to ensure that leases are renewed in a timely fashion.* Coordinate and deliver through a panel of external brokers to achieve the best outcome in the market for any portfolio activity.Reporting* With support of Centre of Excellence team, own the timely and acc
