Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the above posts which have arisen at Lobels Bread (Private) Limited. The positions will be based in Bindura and Chinhoyi.
The Job
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the successful applicants will amongst other duties be responsible for:
- Selling all lobels bread products
- ensuring 100% of coverage of designated area on a daily basis
- checking on dispatch and vehicle departure compliance
- analysing and responding to competitor activity
- monitoring and measuring subordinates performance
- ensuring daily returns targets are achieved daily
- ensuring that the daily crates retention target is met daily
- managing salesmen route compliance and mileages
Qualifications
- a degree in marketing, business management or any other related field
- class 4 drivers license
- 2 years relevant experience
- computer literacy
