University of Zimbabwe Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following JUNIOR LECTURER/LECTURER/SENIOR LECTURER/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR/PROFESSOR positions that have arisen in the following Faculties within the University of Zimbabwe: FACULTY OF AGRICULTURE, ENVIRONMENT AND FOOD SYSTEMS Department of Agricultural Business Development and Economics Applied Informatics (2 Posts) Responsibilities - To teach at least two (2) of the following courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels: Mathematics for Programming, Programming for Internet and Mobile Devices, Database Systems, Business Information Systems Design and ICT Security, Big Data in Agriculture, Agricultural Information Systems, Data Science, Big Data Analytics and Agrimetrics. - The successful candidate will also be responsible for research, curriculum development and supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Work/Educational Requirements
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes - Applicants should have relevant Undergraduate and Masters degrees. - An earned PhD degree in Agricultural Economics
