Duties And Responsibilities
1. Following closely and precisely orders and instructions from management
2. Keeping every record and system current and up to date
3. Keeping all accounts, payroll and all Zimra activities complete
4. Invoicing and receipting
5. Keeping within all HR regulations
5. Holding all reception like responsibilities (very light)
6. Making sure all the marketing is done to the databases
7. Supervising the outsourced marketing consultants
8. Ensuring all office communication is efficient
9. Following up progression of projects and ensuring each staff member is doing his/her job
Qualifications And Experience
An HR Qualification
An accounting qualification
Some experience having worked in a business environment
