Job Summary
MLCCC is a Zimbabwean charitable organisation, situated in Mutoko, 140km from Harare. It dates back to the 1930s and provides institutional care to those who suffered leprosy and the homeless.Duties And Responsibilities
MLCCC would like to engage an Administrator on a renewable fixed term contract. Reporting to the Priest-in-charge the administrator will: - Assume overall responsibility of the day to day operations of the institution - Develop plans, budgets and monitoring mechanisms to achieve the desired objectives - Supervise HR and Financial activities ensuring optimal use of resources. - Identify and implement new projects that may lead to self-sustenance of the institution - maintain good relations with all stakeholders including, donors and the community - care for the ill and homeless people referred by the Social Welfare Ministry.Qualifications And Experience
- At least a first degree in Administration, Finance or Social Science - 10 years’ experience in a managerial role - Experience with nonprofit organisations preferred - Interpersonal skills and ability to work with minimal supervisionTo apply
