JOB DESCRIPTION
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the post of ADMIN CLERK – GRADE 6 which has arisen within Chirumanzu Rural District Council.
REPORTING TO: EXECUTIVE OFFICER – HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Minutes taking and timeous production
- Filing and records management
- Agenda preparations for council meetings
- Assist in leave processing
- Assist in maintaining up to date employee personal files.
- Carrying out other council duties as directed by HOD
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
- Diploma in administration of better
- At least 2 years relevant experience
