Duties And Responsibilities
Duties Include Administration • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required • Dealing with email enquiries • Taking minutes • Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities • General office management such as ordering stationary Sales • Maintaining the company social media accounts • Provide administration support to Sales Reps and Senior Management • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders. • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients • Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas Bookkeeping • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department • Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner. • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc
Qualifications And Experience
Experience 2 years Qualifications Degree in Accounting/CIS/ACCA Equipment PC Software Microsoft Skills To Communicate effectively; Organised; Ability To Work productively and accurately under pressure and me
