Job Description
1 Managing all the financial affairs of the business.
2 Preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedules.
3 Analyze revenues, discounts and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis.
4 Processing invoices, records payments, and track expenses of the organization.
5 Supervision of all staff members who assist with the bookkeeping duties.
6 Accounts receivables and Accounts payables and
7 Inventory management
8 Inventory and job costing.
9 Company Liaison
10 Preparation of VAT, PAYE, QPDs, Incomes Tax & NSSA Returns.
11 Payroll processing and tax heads.
12 Prepare monthly accounts reconciliations & Bank reconciliations.
13 Analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances.
Education Requirements
1.Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
2 Strong understanding of accounting theory.
3Experience in the Upholstery Industry preferred.
4 Highly detail oriented and organized in work.
5.Ability to act and operate independently with minimal supervision.
6.Self starter
7.Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
8.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
9.Proficiency with email and Microsoft applications.
10.Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies to minimize performance, creativity problems solving, and results.
