HARARE February 19, 2020 Feb. 24, 2020 Full Time Accounting & Finance Jobs Job Summary Our client is looking for an Accountant who is experienced and has eyes on the ball to fill the vacant which has arisen in Harare Duties And Responsibilities Processing invoices/bills into QuickBooks Processing bank statements into QuickBooks Completing bank reconciliations Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts Preparing the monthly payroll Reviewing QuickBooks reports for accuracy and meticulously tracing errors back to their source. Resolving errors in financial reports and correcting faulty reporting methods Ensuring timeous payments of statutory payments Ensuring that Management queries are responded to timeously. Qualifications And Experience Bachelor of Accountancy degree with 5 years post qualification experience • Should have worked in an Accounts Department as an Accountant for more than 5 years. • Data Entry and strong Bookkeeping skills • Proficiency with Quickbooks (at least 5 years’ experience) • Excellent Skills With Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) • Payroll Experience; • Experience in Balance Sheet Account Preparation; • Detail Oriented, organized and timely; • Competent IT Skills; • Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills;
