Job Summary
The Intern will be responsible in assisting in the implementation of project M&E activities and assisting in regular monitoring of the project deliverable and processes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists in the development of the District M&E activity plans and submits to the PFA;
- Develops Individual Operating plan (IOP) from the project annual operating plan (AOP) and submits to the PFA;
- Assists in data collection for special studies as requested for specific activities and conducts rapid assessments for use in decision making process;
- Assists in monitoring WASH in schools activities;
- Conducts data capturing of project registers and related documents;
- Assists in data quality assessments and provides feedback to the PFA; Assists in compiling survey data and submits to the PFA;
- Assists in the collection and capturing of success stories and submits to PFA;
- Files and archives project documents as per project requirements;
- Assists the PFA in compiling the district monthly and quarterly reports.
- Diploma in Monitoring & Evaluation/Social Sciences/Development Studies/Statistics/Mathematics or equivalent;
- 1year working experience in monitoring and evaluation;
- Basic understanding in programming/WASH /Monitoring and Evaluation or related field
