Zimbabwe Project Trust (ZimPro) is a Non-Governmental Organization established in the UK in 1978 and relocated to Zimbabwe in 1980 at the attainment of political independence, where it registered as a Private Voluntary Organization in 1982.

Person Specifications

- Degree in Agriculture (preferably majoring in horticulture);
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience, implementing a donor-funded project;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Fluent English and Ndebele essential;
- Team player and able to work under tight deadlines;
- Familiarity with Project Management Cycle;
- High appreciation of resilience building and climate change issues;
- Highly computer literate, especially in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint;
- Clean class 5 and 4 drivers license.

Person Specifications
- Degree in Social Sciences such as Social work, Development studies, Sociology, etc.)
- A financial background will be an added advantage;
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, implementing a donor-funded project

Project Coordinator
Person Specifications
- First degree in Agriculture, Rural Development, Social Work or any other related field., plus a Masterâs degree in a relevant study area;
- At least ten years of relevant work experience (NGO work), four of which should be at the supervisory level; Highly computer literacy accompanied with critical thinking and analytic skills including oral and written skills; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required to train / coach staff and give occasional presentations;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills required to meet tight deadlines;
- Familiarity with Project Management Cycle including appreciation of financial management;
- A self-starter, able to work independently but as part of a team; Practical fieldwork experience with proven experience in Mainstreaming of Gender, HIV and AIDS,
- Environmental, protection and DRM in community projects;

Project Finance and Admin Manager
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting required, plus a professional qualification;
- A Masters degree will be an added advantage;
- Minimum of eight years of professional and relevant experience in the NGO sector, three of which at a senior level
- Good knowledge of Pastel accounting package and financial reporting;
- Familiarity with managing donor grants and budgeting processes;
- Knowledge of formulating organizational policies and procedures;
- Ability to analyze data and then communicate the results in a concise and detailed manner;
- Ability to work under pressure, extended hours and meet tight deadlines;
