Position: Data Scientist
Position Overview:
ZEAL RESOURCE is looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, developing predictive models, and generating insights that will support and improve decision-making across our chrome mining operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets related to chrome mining activities.
- Develop and implement predictive models to optimize production efficiency and resource management.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders using clear, well-structured visualizations and reports.
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends and advancements in data science.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Information and Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in data analysis and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of chrome mining operations is advantageous.
