- Must be personable as will be meeting with farmers on a regular basis.
- Must be good with figures and spreadsheets.
- Producing plans and estimating budgets for farmers.
- Developing and presenting project proposals.
- Provide brief monthly reports to management on progress of activities.
- Identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist to identify and implement innovative farming practices that contribute to increased production.

Foundation Manager
Responsibilities:
- Outline the regulatory framework governing the activities of the Foundation in line with its objectives.
- Formulate a step-by-step process which should be followed in order for the Foundation to start carrying out its objectives.
- Describe the human resources required for the Foundation to start carrying out its activities.
- Present a budget to support the implementation plan.
Requirements:
- Advanced University Degree in Education, Social Sciences or Development Studies
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a development context preferably within a Foundation setup.
- Ability to engage with the government, development partners and civil society.
- Good reporting skills both verbal and written.
- Analytical with good computer and data analysis skills
- A background in the Zimbabwean educational sector is a massive bonus.

Senior Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.

- Performing user acceptance testing.

- Capex Appraisals and Capex performance measurement
- Business / Company Valuations.
- Assist with Deal structuring on M&A and company restructuring activities.
- Maintaining Excel-based financial reports.
- Liaising with subsidiary/associate business unit finance teams to troubleshoot reporting issues and optimize the data flow process.
- Assisting the IAL executive team with quarterly board reporting
- Assisting the IAL executive team with quarterly results disclosures to the public (VFEX / ZSE).
- Assist in the rollout of a Group-wide ERP system – data reconciliations and troubleshooting.

Minimum Requirements :
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Good business acumen and a hunger to learn and grow
- Strong IT skill set with a demonstrated ability to self-teach new concepts and optimize workflows, at minimum, very strong Excel skills, PowerPoint, and SQL/Python or C++/C#.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
